Dr. Seema Gupta
PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR
Dr. Seema Gupta is board certified in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Gupta has a degree in Biomedical Sciences. She earned her M.D. from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. Dr. Gupta worked as a staff psychiatrist at the University of North Texas’ Student Health and Wellness Center. Following this, she was an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern where she served as Medical Director for the Day Treatment Program at Children’s Medical Center prior to joining Relaro Medical Trials.

Renee LaRoque

Renee has a philosophy that she practices in every area of her life: If you are honest and fair, work hard and act with integrity, you can accomplish absolutely anything. Ms. LaRoque attributes her success to perseverance, a genuine belief in her ability to do anything she sets her mind to, an amazing research team, the loving support of her family and friends. Research found Renee in 1997, and she can’t imagine doing anything else.

Dr. Eric Williams
RESEARCH INVESTIGATOR
Dr. Eric Williams is certified in adult psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School in 2009 and did his residency in general psychiatry there in 2013. Following residency he worked in the Parkland Health and Hospital system where he worked on an innovative integrated mental health care program in the COPC clinics. Dr. Williams joined Relaro Medical Trials in 2017 and currently maintains a private practice in Dallas where he focuses on psychotherapeutic approaches to mental health.

Alisha Howarter
CLINICAL OPERATION MANAGER
Alisha Howarter received her advanced training in psychology from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. As the Clinical Operations Manager for Relaro she oversees the care of each patient in the clinic. It is her personal goal to ensure quality treatment with respect, compassion, and without the stigma associated with mental illness. Outside of Relaro, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and following several professional sports teams.

Ms. Beyene graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her previous positions in Banking, Sales, and Case Management have given her a well-rounded skill set for her role at Relaro Medical Trials. Her enthusiasm to help others makes her a valued member of the Relaro Team. In her spare time, she likes to travel and spend quality time with loved ones.

Maisha Dramiga graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Anthropology. She is excited to begin making an impact on the community through mental health with her warm, compassionate and adventurous spirit. Outside of Relaro, she enjoys spending time in nature, exploring the city, and being a plant mom.
