We guarantee a timely 24-hour response rate on all patient queries or chart entries as well as one week turnaround time for contracts and start-up documentation. In addition, we utilize the IRB approval process in order to meet enrollment goals promptly while still guaranteeing quality care is of utmost importance at our facility; if given proper sponsor approval, even after those goals are met we will continue recruitment efforts until the end of their defined period - allowing us never stop striving towards excellence!
